Introduction
The Absolute Truth is God. That is why Jesus said, “I am the way, the Truth and the life.” At the level of the Absolute Truth, everything is God, perfection and life.
We can attain the Absolute Truth alone, by our personal interests and efforts. We can also progress so much by collective efforts in the form of fellowship in learning the Absolute Truth.
One advantage of fellowship is that the prayer of a group of people is more powerful and effective than that of a single person. The power of a group’s prayer is a multiplication of the effectiveness of one person’s prayer.
Another great advantage is the level of divine consciousness is far greater. The effect is that every participating soul becomes like the a drop to the ocean, which drop uplifts the mighty ocean.
Besides, seekers of Truth are able to learn from the lives and experiences of others. You discover that many others encounter similar things in life like yourself and your personal confidence is enhanced.
The fellowship provides opportunity to learn from the testimonies given or questions and answers provided by others. The testimonies motivate us further in the right direction, while the explanations clear many of our fears, doubts, questions and difficulties.
Generally, you would observe that all living things, especially animals tend to live or move together. By so doing, they are able to ward off many attacks from their enemies, help for one another or provide the needed company for one another. This method of association reduces the chances of being lost in life.
